Commonwealth Pharmacists Association
The Commonwealth Pharmacists’ Association's website was hard to navigate, with jumbled messaging, duplicate content, superfluous pages, and weak calls-to-action. They knew it needed improving but didn't know where to start.
We agreed that the prioirity should be a new, streamlined site structure based on both current user data and their desired outcomes:
better visibility for the site with its intended audiences;
faster access to key information and resources;
an increase in memberships and donations; and
the rapid onboarding of members to their linked continuous professional development (CPD) site.
I then rewrote the cornerstone content in simple, search-friendly language, providing best-practice guidance for future content, advice on organisational tone and voice, and development of their style guide including reworked assets.
This progressed to redesigning the website from the ground up, and I was happy to work with their in-house designer and Cambridge Web Marketing to deliver it with a tight turnaround and modest budget.

CEO, Commonwealth Pharmacists' Association
"We worked with Tim to redesign our website in 2021. We had a small grant to do this piece of work and Tim was flexible and able to prioritise our wish list. He worked closely with us to understand our organisation, our audience and what we were trying to achieve. From the brief we created together, Tim restructured and rewrote the key content, then worked with a design team to translate our vision and developed web pages that were both informative and visually engaging, using a range of media and resources. He helped us capture videos, photos and quotes from various stakeholders to really bring our work alive and drive engagement. It has resulted in a much stronger brand, with over 60% increase in website visits, and has helped us onboard over 9,000 pharmacists to our CPD platform in a very short time frame. Tim was a pleasure to work with, he always went the extra mile to deliver on the brief, and we really enjoyed creating our new website with him."
